Building
Troy East is a large apartment building conveniently located a block north of campus. The building is dedicated to providing a wide range of affordable apartment types to graduate students studying for their master's degrees in a variety of disciplines.
The building features multiple configurations that offer the privacy of a two person apartment or the social and economic benefits of a two-bedroom apartment for four students. The bathrooms in the two bedroom units have separate toilet, shower, and sink rooms for maximum utility and privacy. Along with recently remodeled bathrooms and kitchens, each apartment has a through-wall air-conditioning unit in the living room.
Features & Amenities
Residents can take advantage of the cardio fitness center’s wide range of modern work-out equipment, the two study rooms’ quiet environments and the large recreation room’s TV and game tables. The complex’s central courtyard is a large open area with a lawn and gas barbecues. Its chaise lounges and patio tables are great for relaxing in the sun, and on a cool California evening, students can gather around the two outdoor fire features. It's an inviting place for relaxing between study sessions and classes.
The building shares a large conference room used for student events and academic activities with adjoining Troy Hall. The conference room boasts new state of the art, high definition projection TV system.
Troy East is home to the area's Customer Service Center.
Troy East offers the Graduate Academic Year contract, beginning in early August and ending in mid-May.
