Windsor Apartments offers graduate residents the option of living in a quiet, two story apartment building. Each single-occupancy, one-bedroom apartment is comfortably furnished, with an air-conditioned living room and a full bathroom and kitchen. Located just four short blocks north of campus and two north of the USC Village, Windsor is convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment, while still remaining quiet and serene.
For residents' convenience, a laundry room is located in the back of the building.
Features & Amenities
An in-ground barbecue and patio table with umbrella complement the building's grassy front yard.
Windsor residents have the Graduate Full Year contract term. Contracts will begin in early August and end in late July.

Limited on-site parking is available through USC Transportation.
