USC offers a wide-variety of floor plans. This floor plan is typical, though the actual layout and dimensions will vary among buildings that share this plan. Where the exact plan for a room type was not available, the closest approximation was used. Some items shown are for decorative purposes and not included in the room or apartment.
Building
Choosing university housing means more than just having a place to sleep. USC strives to provide its students with pleasant living environments that support residents' academic and social lives while attending the university.
- All housing units provide high-speed, wireless Internet connections and cable TV with HD and premium stations.
- Rent includes the cost of utilities (electricity, gas and water).
- Laundry facilities with both washers and dryers, operated by a private company, WASH Laundry Systems, are available in all buildings. Machines are configured to accept either credit or debit card using the "WASH-Connect" app.
- Most buildings have recreational spaces, study lounges and other common areas.
- Some of our larger buildings have comfortable and relaxing outdoor areas, such as the courtyard in Troy Complex or the pool area at Century Apartments.
Other amenities, such as on-site parking and air-conditioning vary from building to building.
